Upgraded at 8:15 p.m. ET President Trump stired a controversial theory being promoted by fans– and his campaign– that Sen. Kamala Harris of California is not eligible for the vice presidency. Trump, who led a “birther” conspiracy motion versus previous President Barack Obama, told press reporters Thursday that he heard a “extremely qualified, extremely gifted legal representative” suggest that Harris didnt certify to serve as vice president but did not understand if it were true or not.
